Just got our first half of pig from Bannister Beef! It's our third order (1/4 and 1/2 side of beef). We absolutely love their customer service, products and the people themselves!! You get to fill out a sheet of exactly what cuts you want, their thickness and how many in a package! Stock up your freezers with this amazing meat! Hands down the best around western New York!
Best Angus beef around the Buffalo area. We have been getting our meats from them for two years and it's just the best. There's not supermarket beef that's even close in quality.

Bannister beef farms has some of the best beef that I have bought. The beef is very tender and well marbled. When you order, they will walk you through every cut that you will be purchasing. Pick up was very easy and the owners are responsive to questions. They have everything from packages of meat to a whole cow for purchase. I will be ordering from them again next year.
Placed an order for 1/8th of a cow, easy ordering, lots of options. The farm responds quickly to all questions and concerns. Beef is in high demand right now, so you may end up waiting, but I assure you IT IS WORTH THE WAIT! The quality of the beef is exceptional.
