Quality meats, excellent catering, recently had a problem with a piece of meat returned my money with a smile. For a small place it's run meticulously, hard to believe the volume they put out without sacrificing quality. The only place I go for my catering needs.
The place was kind of old-fashioned looking. The staff was so efficient and helpful. They helped me select a perfect piece of meat for the Project . I was about to attempt. The knowledge about how to cut, their mouth about sometimes leaving a little fat on or not They just know so much it’s fun to watch them work.
