Bone in New York strip steak cut an inch and a half. Best strip steak I ever had, friendly and personable service. I'll be back next summer when I take a 48 state tour road trip with my brother for this amazing service and steak.
Always so friendly and super helpful. We had half a hog processed with them and the bacon they did...that alone will keep us coming back to them. It was absolutely delicious flavor and the price is fair as well. Great people! Highly recommend!!
