This is the place to go in Ogden Valley for local, sustainably sourced meat. The educational activities they host via farm camps throughout the summer are incredible. If you want to learn about and support the future of regenerative farming practices, these folks are second to none!

I cannot say enough good things about the farm camp at Argyle Acres! This was our first year attending and my kids could not stop talking about all the things that they learned. Some of the highlights included helping with helping in the green house, moving the chicken tractors, and getting the brooders ready for the arrival of new chicks. Farmers Chris and Amanda are a wealth of knowledge and are eager to share their passion and love for their animals and the farm. Miriam's energy and excitement for regenerative agriculture is contagious! She knows how to relate to the kids and explain things in a way that is meaningful to them. We are already looking forward to the next year's camp!

A Wonderful Week Down on the Farm! My kids just finished a week at Argyle Acres Farm, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! They truly learned so much and came home every day buzzing with excitement about their adventures. The camp did an amazing job of blending education with hands-on fun. My children got to explore a wide range of fascinating topics, from caring for animals, planting seeds, understanding where food comes from, our soil and the job of bees. They were constantly engaged in activities that allowed them to learn by doing and tasting (yum). They were truly immersed in the farm environment, which allowed them to connect with nature and understand more about the world around them. If you're looking for a camp that offers a unique blend of learning, exploration, good old-fashioned fun, and highly skilled and over educated camp leaders, I highly recommend Argyle Acres. Your kids will thank you! P.s after one week, my kids didn’t have enough so I now excitedly signed them up for another week!

Our daughter has participated in farm camp for the past two year and loved it! Every day she came home full of new knowledge and enthusiasm (and ready for a nap!). There’s not a better way for a kid to spend a summer day!

This was truly a spectacular experience for our son. We live in Salt Lake (but spend lots of time in the Valley), and he fully embraced all of the activities. He particularly liked working on the irrigation system and handling the chicks. Can't wait for next year!
