I've purchased beef several times from Altai Meadows at the Columbia Farmer's Market. My home cooking tends to use lots of short ribs and shank cuts, which usually aren't offered at grocery stores. This beef is very tasty and comes at a good price. I will be purchasing in the future.
Bought beef liver (frozen) back in the spring at the Columbia Farmers Market. Just enjoyed a 5 star dinner of mash potatoes with liver and onions. The thawed liver slices were sliced uniformly and easily prepared. Absolutely delicious.
If you want high quality, naturally and humanely grown beef, pork, or chicken, this should be your source. This is a family business (one operator). You can visit the farm or connect at the Columbia Farmers Market. We've been buying there since 2015 and have never been disappointed. Truly superior.
