Alderson Farm is owned and ran by very caring life long cattle farmers. They have educated themselves with the Akaushi breed and are meticulous in the raising/caring of their animals. The different cuts of meat that I have purchased and eaten have been outstanding! I never want there to be that last bite! Is the best way for me to describe eating a meal with the Akaushi beef.
