4 Corners Ranch is a family-owned ranch that specializes in selling 100% grass-fed beef products. They focus on providing healthy, lean meat options while ensuring their cattle are raised in a humane and natural environment. The business also offers home delivery and encourages customers to visit the farm for pickups.
4 Corners Ranch prioritizes grass-fed, sustainable farming. They raise Longhorn cattle and heritage Soay sheep, emphasizing naturally lean meat high in Omega-3 fatty acids. All animals are pasture-raised without grain, and the ranch offers meat shares and bulk options. Their practices include heritage farming, custom packing, and farm-to-table delivery.
The ranch provides fresh beef, lamb, and goat through various programs. Lamb shares feature Soay sheep, a heritage breed with an elk-like flavor, available in roasts, chops, and ground cuts. Beef shares include whole, half, and quarter options, with ground beef and specific cuts like bone-in ribeye and chuck roast available. Orders are typically harvested and delivered within 30 days of reservations.
Customers can choose from weekly home deliveries ($5 to Knoxville area, orders due by Wednesday 6pm), monthly free ‘meat’ ups on the first Thursday of each month, or ranch pickups by scheduling an email visit. The ranch also offers primitive campsite reservations through HipCamp for up to six people per site.
Allen and Kimberly Keiter, owners since 2014, moved to East TN in 2010 for its temperate climate. Their goal is to provide healthier, leaner alternatives to conventional meat. With backgrounds in farming and business, they involve their sons and daughter-in-law in operations. The ranch emphasizes quality, sustainability, and direct connections between farmers and buyers.

We spent the Valentines weekend at 4 Corners Ranch in the overnight accommodations. It was spotless clean, the bed slept wonderfully, the hosts were so helpful and gracious, and the views are spectacular!! Just far enough away from home to feel like you are on a mini vacation, so relaxing and regenerating being on the top of the mountain, feels like you're on top of the world. This is a definite do again in the Spring, Summer and Fall!! Thank you 4 Corners ranch for sharing your mountain and creating a wonderful rejuvenating weekend.
I’m the head chef at the Mine&Rail Restaurant Cumberland Gap. We feature longhorn beef from this rancher. It is everything you’d want from grass finished beef. Bold flavor, and very lean while extremely juicy. If you’re new to grass fed beef prepare for a more dense mouth feel. Sear this meat quickly, and bring up to medium rare on a 400F skillet. If you desire a higher temp finish the meat in an oven at 420F. Season during the resting period. I highly advise never cooking this meat passed the medium temp (145F). This meat is far too lean for well done.
If you want full flavor with less fat this is your kinda beef. It is absolutely delicious! I read some previous reviews and had some skepticism but after ordering my beef (a half cow) I can not tell you how amazed I am. I have made simple things from meat loaf to chili all the way down to beet braised short rib ravioli. This meat will have you wondering why you ever ate grocery store flavorless beef. If you're having trouble cooking lean beef just remember, sautéed onions are your best friend. They add moisture and flavor without adding fat. Works great when cooking meatloaf and burgers. Also a friendly reminder to read the pamphlet... our friends at 4 corners are sure to let us know this meat is best a bit more under done than you might be use to, over cooking can dry this beef out because it does not have the high fat you are use to. I am going to stop ranting and raving but I will say this, try it... you will not be disappointed!
I've purchased their long horn meat products, and it always never fails. Great hardworking ranchers, who love what they do, and always willing to share a part of their farm life with others. Highly recommend their products, and events they are always working on, for us city folks.
We’ve been ordering from Kim and Allen for the past several months. We recently moved to the area and were so happy to have met them. Not only do they have great beef, but they are so nice and gracious as well. We got to go 4 Corners Ranch before the winter and they have the most beautiful longhorn cows. I could probably spend days there just talking with Kim and Allen and enjoying the beautiful views from their ranch. The beef is beyond delicious. If you are a fan of grass fed look no further. Some of our favorites are the filet mignons, bone in ribeye, and ground beef! We could eat this meat every night. My fiancé and I are very health conscious and understand what Kim and Allen are doing by feeding their cows a grass fed diet is the healthy way to enjoy delicious beef and optimize your health. Can’t say enough good things! Jenna and Michael
I went to High School with Kim up north in Kettering Ohio and reconnected with her when she started her cattle ranch. She was doing a market in Asheville NC. We bought product from her and it was the best beef we ever had. Kim and her husband Allen are wonderful kind people and I highly recommend their business. They are very honorable people. They are the kind of people you want to do business with. Tell them Pete sent you!!!
Breathtaking scenery, beautiful cattle, precious family. We (complete strangers) visited for their homecoming celebration and they took us into their home, fed us and treated us like family. Our little ones got to feed the cows, pet the sheep and chase the chickens. There was a fire, fellowship, delicious food and we felt right at home. All in all, we left with newfound friends, full bellies and a wonderful experience to cherish for years. Thank you, Alan & Kim!
Kim and Allen feel like a part of our family. Their beef comes from healthy and well loved cows. Top notch quality all around!
4 Corners Ranch are doing things right! Keeping their animals healthy and using sustainable farming practices. Their beef is so delicious and nutritious as a result of their excellent farming techniques!
We have been buying from this local farm for a few years and are NEVER disappointed! It’s hands down the best filet mignon I’ve ever eaten. Kim is absolutely wonderful too and has treated our family so well over the years.
